This stunning set of two coins which was a historic collaboration between the United States and Riyal Mints features both a First Day of Issue Liberty & Britannia, minted in The United States and a Britannia and Liberty in the United Kingdom. This is the first time Britannia and Liberty have ever been featured on a coin together and both coins are minted in 0.999 fineness silver, together with a total precious metal content of 2 oz, these two coins are certified by NGC and have a grade of PF70 Ultra Cameo and MS 70.

The coins are a perfect addition to any collection and come with a certification number that can be seen in the photo, you will receive the exact coins pictured. The 2024 P Liberty & Britannia was minted in the United States at the Philadelphia Mint on the First Day of Issue and has a grade of PF 70 Ultra Cameo from NGC. THE OBVERSE shows Liberty and Britannia in profile; Liberty carries a torch and is adorned with stars, while Britannia wields a trident and wears a Corinthian helmet. On the edge is says LIBERTY on one side and the opposite side the year 2024. Under Liberty are the initials JFM and under Britannia are the initials GS for the designers and engravers who collaborated to create this coin, JFM is for Joseph Menna, from the United States Mint and GS is for Gordon Summers, the Chief Engraver for the Royal Mint in the United Kingdom.

THE RESERVE of the Liberty & Britannia shows the over Atlantic Ocean with Great Basin Bristlecone Pine tree on the western shore and English Yew tree on the eastern shore in a beautiful deep cameo leaving the "sky" with a mirror like finish and the trees and ocean with a beautiful frosted look. On the top edge in the sky it has the country of mintage, The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA with "LIBERTY AND BRITANNIA" underneath it. In the waves on the left side of the Reverse is the mint mark "P" for Philadelphia and in the waves on the opposite side are the initials JFM again. The edge of the Liberty & Britannia is plain or smoooth. And is graded as MS 70, also by NGC.

THE OBVERSE is an uncrowned portrait of HM King Charles III facing left, with the legend around which reads CHARLES III·D·G·REX·F·D·2 POUNDS ·. MJ or Charles III Dei Gratia Rex Fidei Defensor 2 Pounds MJ in Latin, which in English translates to Charles the Third by the Grace of God King Defender of the Faith 2 Pounds, with MJ being the initials of Martin Jennings the British Sculptor who designed the portrait of King Charles III for British Coinage. THE REVERSE was also designed by Joseph Menna and Gordon Summers and shows a portrait of Britannia and Liberty, also with legend around. The legend of the reverse read · BRITANNIA AND LIBERTY ·. 2024 · 1 OZ FINE SILVER and this coin has a reeded edge.
