Struck by The Royal Mint, this special series celebrates great cities of the world and the landmarks that define them. The second release in this series celebrates the Rome's historic center. Limited edition presentation of 2,000 coins worldwide. Obverse: Displays the fifth portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, along with the face value of 2 pounds and the 2022 year date.

Reverse: Features a reverse design that has been skillfully adapted from a design by the French artist Jacques Alphonse Testard, which showcases a panoramic view of the city from the top of Janiculum Hill as it was in the 19th century. Official legal tender backed by British government.
